Service Description
This class is OSHA Compliant and is typically for teachers, fitness instructors, security guards, babysitters, safety professionals, and other similar career holders. It’s designed for a layperson to learn the essentials of CPR, AED and First Aid training and is not intended for healthcare professionals. Students who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate good for two years. Students will learn these crucial processes and more: Adult, children and infant CPR and AED use Choking treatment for infants, children, and adults

Cancellation Policy
Booking Policies All students must accept the terms and conditions of our booking policies prior to registration. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness and efficiency in managing class enrollments. Many of our classes fill up quickly, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows prevent other students from taking advantage of available seats. ________________________________________ Cancellation Policy • Students may cancel a booking 72 hours or more prior to the course date and time to receive a partial refund (up to 95% of booking fees). • If a student cancels less than 72 hours but more than 24 hours before the course date and time, they may receive a partial refund (up to 50% of booking fees, less any deposits). • Cancellations within 24 hours of the course date and time are not eligible for refunds. However, students will have the option to reschedule once per the reschedule policy. ________________________________________ Reschedule Policy • Students may reschedule a course at no cost if the request is made at least 48 hours before the course. • Students may only reschedule once, and rescheduled appointments are not eligible for cancellation or refunds. • If a reschedule request is made within 48 hours of the course, a $25 reschedule fee could be applied. • If a student is marked as a "no-call, no-show" and requests to reschedule, they will be required to pay the full catalog price of the desired course before registration. ________________________________________ No-Show Policy • Students who do not contact us via phone or email prior to the course and do not attend will be deemed a "No-call, no-show." • No refunds will be issued for no-call, no-show students, as they have occupied a seat that could have been taken by another paying student. • If a student had only paid a deposit and has not paid the remaining balance, their card will be charged a $40 fee in the event of a no-call, no-show.
